Hey Surfers,
I hope you've all enjoyed your weekend; I've spent mine with family and failing at various culinary exploits...This week I thought I'd share some photos from a trip I made up to London with an old friend from University. The whole day almost got cancelled as, due to the severe flooding, there were hardly any trains..but I made it there eventually.
We decided to visit the Sherlock Holmes Museum, something which I didn't even know existed. I've read a couple of the Sherlock Holmes books and enjoyed them, but I wouldn't say that I was a huge fan. It was a fun place to explore, like a story book brought to life :)
Though I do have to say that the entry fee was a little steep.

After eating far too much we headed to the Houses of Parliament to get some pictures of the river. It's a beautiful place to be as the sun goes down and I got some awesome shots.

| Took so long to get to the side of the river as we kept stopping to take pictures of the sun set |
Eventually it got pretty late and we had to leave. Definitely going to go back for another photo adventure soon.
I hope you enjoyed this throw back blog post, I'm going to try an make my posts a little more regular, so they should be up on a Sunday evening each week.
I'll be back soon with something a little different.
Love E
